What is an electric bicycle?
An electric bicycle looks and feels just like a normal bicycle. If you know how to ride a normal bicycle, you will have no problem riding an electric one. The only difference is that an electric bicycle is powered by a battery that helps you pedal, thereby allowing you to climb a steep hill with barely having to exert any power. In short, an effortless and utterly pleasant experience!
Who can use an electric bike?
Anyone who knows how to ride a bicycle. Your guide will explain you how to use the gear box. A short test of 10 meters and 4 rounds of pedals is enough to understand that it is very easy.
Are the bike rides safe?
Security is a very important point for us. Our groups never exceed 8 people. Although Greek law does not require it, we recommend wearing a helmet provided by us. Your guide will brief you ,before leaving, all about safety for a perfect stroll!
However, you must know that some parts of the ride are on the road open to traffic, and you will scrupulously follow the instructions of your guide for safety.
How can I book an ebike tour?
You can book your tour from our website, or by calling our store, or even by dropping by. It’s highly recommended to book your tour at least 24 hours earlier to check availability.
What is the start time for the tours?
Our tours have a standard start time 09:00 am, with an earlier free pick up arranged by us. We also have some special tours that start in the evening, such as The Sunset tour and if you wish a late hour Food tour.
Other start times are possible but only if the tour is booked as a private tour, at least 1 day before

What is provided and what do you need to bring?
The cost of the tour includes the use of a comfortable full suspension e- bike, helmet, a bottle of water, entrance fee if exists, refreshing drink and private sunbed at the end of the tour. You might want to bring a camera since you’ll find a lot of great sceneries on tour. Otherwise we always take snapshots during the tour, which will be sent to you. We advise that you wear seasonally appropriate and confortable clothing and closed-toe shoes. Sunglasses and Sunscreen is highly recommended. Also, you should bring your swimsuit and a towel, if you would like to have a swim after the tour.
What if I need to change or cancel my reservation?
Reservations may be rescheduled at any time, depending on availability. Full Refunds for cancelled tours are available within 15 days notice. 50% Refund within 5 days notice. No Refunds after that.
Which languages do you speak on your tours?
Although our main language in our tours is English, upon request for 4 people or more we can arrange tours with a guide speaking, French, German, Dutch, Spanish, Chinese or Russian
How many people are on one of your tours?
All our tours (except private events on request) are maximum 8 people to ensure safety and higher quality time with the guide
Do you comment your tours?
Yes we do, your guide will tell you interesting historic anecdotes on the various stop points.
And if it rains?
Usually it does not often rain in Santorini.In heavy rain however we feel it is best not to do the tour.
It goes without saying that if we cancel a tour due to weather conditions you will be refunded for any pre-paid amount.
Are children allowed?
Children from the age of 14 (minimum height 1.50 m) are allowed to ride their own bike, if accompanied by an adult.
Can I keep my bike for the rest of the day?
Absolutely! Your guide will point out other areas of interest and can suggest a great route to keep you pedalling for the rest of the day. The cost to keep your bike until day end is €10, and we offer a 15% rental discount to guests who have come on our tour if you come back to rent (many do!).
What if I haven’t biked in many years?
Our tours require basic riding ability and fitness and your guide will set a very relaxed pace. Expect to ride for a maximum of 15 – 20 minutes at a time between breaks. We make every effort to cater to the slowest rider in the group, but keep in mind that we have to try to keep our schedule on time. We stop regularly for information, and photo ops. Your tour leader will go over general group riding etiquette so that everyone rides safely, and you can come early to practice on our bikes to get comfortable before departure.
Please Note: For custom or group tours, if your group would like to ride further or faster, just let your tour leader know and we can pick up the pace!
Is there parking available?
There are parking lots very close to our shop, but if you’re not familiar with our streets it can be very stressfull .We offer free transportation from/to your accomodation.
Do You Sell Bikes?
Yes, we sell our bikes. We have a small selection in our store, but you can order the bike you wish and we deliver it to you. We also have Leasing services for local people, or people who came to the island to work. It’s a very economic and ecologic solution for you.
Tipping - yes or no?
If you enjoyed your tour, tipping is welcomed!
